Linlu is a trilingual multi-disciplinary designer with an architecture degree. She speaks Chinese, English, and Japanese.
She has been working as product designer in SaaS industry for over three years. Currently, She is working as CRO Manager (APAC), executing strategic testing initiatives, analyzing and proposing design solutions to improve conversion rate in an international company @Tokyo office.
She has served clients including Hulu JP, NTTPC, Fuji TV, and Saison helping them with digital transformation projects. She has design experience in multiple industries, including fin-tech, B2B CRM and e-commerce. Also, she has rich experience working with engineers to build up desgin system from scratch and tokenizing components.
As a life-learner, she keeps honing her design and communication skills. The goal of solving real-world problems and bringing people well-being through good design motivates her everyday. In her downtime, she enjoys coding, visiting architectures and playing the piano.
